Career Services

Career Services helps students define their career goals and learn how to achieve them. The office helps students and alumni obtain permanent and short-term career-related employment and graduate and professional school admission through counseling sessions, workshops, alumni networks, a large career resource library and on-line information. Career Services also establishes and promotes contact between employers, graduate/professional schools, and the University. Through the On-Campus recruiting (OCR) program, the office hosts employer interviews.

Penn community members take their mentoring seriously. From faculty to staff to peers, resources for mentoring and networking extend beyond your time on campus.

The On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) program brings organizations to campus to meet with students and interview for full-time and summer positions, primarily through hosting employer information sessions and on-campus interviews.

After graduation, Penn students’ diverse and practical experiences are appealing to employers and graduate schools alike.
